Firm Overview & Philosophy:
Mason & Mason, LLP is a full service law firm that represent clients in matters invovling Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Real Estate, Probate, Wills and Trusts. Mason & Mason, LLP was founded as result of working with community organizations and churches in an effort to help solve the justice and representation gap. Our legal metrics are defined by three principles: we won't settle your case for less, compromise on integrity or engage in personal politics of destruction. We simply will focus on issues that matter and that we can win for our clients.
Strategic Leveraging of Multiple, Legal Disciplines:
Unlike many boutique firms, Mason & Mason, LLP has chosen to provide legal services across unique areas of law that often complement one another. Often times a medical malpractice case, once settled, will require the establishment of a Special Needs Trust for an incapacitated adult or a minor who may have been injured as a result of professional negligence by a health care provider. More often, real estate owners are in need of probate and trust representation concerning real estate assets that have been transferred to a trust. And not least of all, wrongful death and medical malpractice law suits, in many instances, require filing law suits in a representative capacity, but demand an understanding of the probate codes, particularly, where there are medi-cal liens being asserted against a decedent's estate. It is these cross-cutting issues that require hiring a law firm that knows how to leverage, strategically, multiple legal disciplines. You need Masonlawyers.
