1. All consultation appointments have a fee requirement unless waived.
2. All consultation fees are deemed earned upon payment. Consultations are one hour in duration and covers one legal problem.
3. You may submit a consultation fee waiver request at the same time you submit your request for an appointment.
4. If your consultation fee is not waived, it will be applied as a credit to your account if your retain Mason & Mason, LLP.
5. Although, every effort will be made to fulfill your online appointent request, there is no guarantee that the specific date and time you request will be available.
6. If your requested date and time is available, you will be notified by email.
7. If you receive a confirmation email as to your requested appointment date and time, then you must click here to make an online payment in order to keep your requested appointment date and time. However, you may email us and ask for an alternate method of payment before the appointment date.
8. If you have paid for your appointment, you are entitled to one cancellation. However, your resecheduled date and time will be scheduled on our next availabe appointment date and time. Any different date will require an additional consultation fee payment. Accordingly, be sure that you plan your schedule so as to give you a greater chance of making your appointment.
