There are many strategies floating around in the market place of ideas as how to best protect your real estate asset. However, if you really want to know what works, call Masonlawyers: 310-860-7798.

Title Disputes: Title disputes to real estate is a common claim brought by an existing property owner or another person claiming to be the rightful owner of the real estate. In these types of disputes, the law suit must name as defendants all persons who could claim a right, title or interest in the property. This includes lenders of record.
Foreclosure Litigation: If your real estate is being wrongfully foreclosed on you may bring a law suit to stop the proceeding. Violations that give rise to law suits being filed in this area usually include, but are not limited to defective notice, inaccurrate statement of arrears, predatory lending practices, HOA special assesments etc.. In California, Civil Code 2924 governs the forecloure process and it is very specific as to what steps must be taken in order to legally foreclose on real estate secured by a deed of trust.
Real Estate Partnerships: Partnerships are oftened formed to leverage collective capital in purchasing real estate while spreading the risk among the partners. Traditionally, it has been a good vehicle throguh which to acquire real estate assets, yet minimize risk and individual management commitments. However, when there is a dispute among the partners, the partnership relationship can take a turn for the worse. Should that be the case, you might expect to see a law suit for termination the partnership, accounting, partnership fraud, breach of fiduciary duty etc.. Whether you are initiating the law suit or defending it, be sure to hire Masonlawyers.
